Over the years Hong Kong 100 has raised over HK$7.16 million for various good causes.

With everyone’s generous donations, over HK$860,000 was raised through the 2026 edition. Funds have been used as follows:

• HK$315,600 to Blind Sports Hong Kong – to support an overseas trip to the NPM Marathon for a group of 53 visually impaired athletes and their guide runners
• HK$305,000 to RUN for their sport programme for asylum seekers in Hong Kong, through which participants are able to rebuild their mental and physical strength and resilience
• HK$50,000 to Bring In Change Hong Kong which supports grass-roots community projects, focussing through sport on improving the physical, mental and social health of elderly and vulnerable people in Hong Kong
• HK$50,000 to Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illness
• HK$50,000 to Mix N Match Hong Kong to support children’s education in the Musahar community and grass roots trail running development in Nepal
• HK$42,000 to the Scout Association of Hong Kong
• HK$5,000 to Oxfam TrailWalker
• Purchase of medical equipment for Hong Kong St. John Ambulance
  
  

Unused food and drinks from the event were donated to Food Grace and Youth With A Mission.
